My gardens are slowly winding down - our first frost was late last week, impatiens are pretty much gone but the late season flowers still thrive. Lot of leaves to clean up - but nothing picture worthy.


Still enjoying the nice fall we have had here, beautiful fall foliage and many nice clear days, a few more pictures from around my work.

Noticed these vines as I drove to work, but do not recognize the large leafed vine - striking combintion.

I have admired this house for weeks now as the vine running up the soft grey chimney intensified in colour - not as good a picture as I would like but still shows the contrast.
