Decided it was safe for spring clean up day, raked the leaves off the garden that I had used as mulch for the winter. It was fun to reveal the tiny growth underneath - and then trying to remember what was planted there. Took a number of pictures - as much to help remind me what is there as any other reason.

One of the Hellebores I planted last year has begun to bloom, I do not recall if it has flowers when I purchased it but I made a great choice the plum colour is beautiful.

Moth balls seem to be working so far no sign of the rabbits/squirrels nibbling on the spring plants.
